Completed in 2017 - a brand new Jafari Homes creation with double garage and 3 levels of living. Phantom Electrical worked with this builder to complete installation of new mains, meter panel and switchboard.  Full rough in and fit off of all wiring.  LED downlights, feature pendants and slimline switch plates with LED illuminated push button switches throughout the residence.  Outdoor feature garden and exterior lighting, and to top it off, installation of all Miele appliances in the kitchen.
