Completed in 2016 - working along side the owner (who was also the builder) this property underwent a full makeover with an extensive renovation and double story extension easily doubling this property in size from what it was originally.  Works started with replacement of the existing switchboard and re-wiring of the entire property to suit it's new lay out and configuration. Wall step lighting was installed along with USB charging outlets throughout the property.  Under floor heating to the bathrooms and square downlights were used as feature lighting.  Exterior lights, feature pendant lights and two touch screen ovens in the kitchen completed this stunning renovation.
